2021 NTA Convention & Competition Vendor Booth Registration

The 50th Annual National Taxidermists Association Convention, Trade Show, & Competition is an excellent venue for vendors and hobbiests in the taxidermy industry to showcase their products and services. Booth space is first-come, first served and must be purchased through the form below.
Important: Please Read Before Purchasing!
In addition to purchasing your vendor booth space, all vendors MUST:
- Read the 2019 NTA Vendor Booth Rental Contract and consent to the terms of agreement. Please click here to read the contract terms. You will be asked to consent to these terms when you complete your order below.
- Email your Insurance Certificate at least 10 days in advance of the show to the NTA Events Coordinator, Becky Snyder, at becky.dan.snyder@gmail.com. Need liability insurance? A date-specific policy can be purchased at www.insurance4exhibitors.com.
Booth Reservation Information:
Booths are 8′ x 8′ and can include a backboard. If you have a pre-fab trade show booth that requires a 8′ x 10′ space, please choose one from the outside perimeter of the room or one on an end of a row.
To reserve your vendor booth: Please refer to the floor plan below, then select the booth space(s) you wish to reserve from the selections in the order form below.
Booth choice/assignments will be made on a first come, first-served basis. The NTA reserves the right to change booth(s) choice/assignments and room layout.
