2022 NTA Convention & Competition Vendor Booth Registration

Our Annual National Taxidermists Association Convention, Trade Show, & Competition is an excellent venue for vendors and hobbiests in the taxidermy industry to showcase their products and services. Booth space is first-come, first served and must be purchased through the form below.

Important: Please Read Before Purchasing! 

In addition to purchasing your vendor booth space, all vendors MUST:

1. Read the NTA Vendor Booth Rental Contract and consent to the terms of agreement. You will be asked to consent to these terms when you complete your order below.
2. Email your Insurance Certificate at least 10 days in advance of the show to the NTA Events Coordinator, Becky Snyder, at becky.dan.snyder@gmail.com. Need liability insurance? A date-specific policy can be purchased at www.showinsurance.co.

Booth Reservation Information:

To reserve your vendor booth, please click the Continue to Vendor Registration button below to be taken to the registration form. Booths are 8′ x 8′ and can include a backboard. If you have a pre-fab trade show booth that requires a 8′ x 10′ space, please indicate that in the comments section so we may place you in a spot on the outside perimeter of the room or one on an end of a row. If you would like to request a specific booth spot from the floor plan below, you may indicate that in the comments section on the form. Booth choice/assignments are not guaranteed, and will be made on a first-come, first served basis. The NTA reserves the right to change booth choices/assignments and room layout. 

 Vendor registration closes on July 10, 2022. Please ensure you have enough time to obtain your Insurance Certificate.
