8 am – 10 am: Seminar – VINCENT FLEMING – Whitetail Eye Rotation & Ear Anatomy
10 am – 1 pm: Trade Show Open – JOIN US FOR LUNCH – Vendor Sponsored Event
2 pm – 4 pm: Seminar – CHIP WENDT – Mounting a Common Snapping Turtle
2 pm – 4 pm: Seminar – JENA EVERAGE – Mounting a Whitetail Deer Head
4 pm – 6 pm: Trade Show Open – HAPPY HOUR (Cash Bar)
6 pm – 7:30 pm: SHOWROOM OPEN TO MEMBERS & VOTING (No Food, Drink, or Unaccompanied Children Permitted in the Showroom)
7:30 pm – 11 pm: Membership Meeting & Auction – Come eat —– & have some fun! (Cash Bar)
Saturday, July 23rd
7:30 am – 12 Noon: Convention Registration ONLY
8 am – 12 Noon & 1 – 3 pm: Competitors Critiques
10 am – 1 pm: Trade Show Open (FINAL SESSION)
10 am – 4 pm: Competition Room PUBLIC VIEWING: $5 per person (12 & under FREE)
2 pm – 4 pm: Seminar – JASON KRAUSE – Mounting an Open Mouth, Aggressive Looking, Pedestal Black Bear
2 pm – 4 pm: Seminar – JORDAN HACKL – Mounting an Upland Bird Using the Real Beak & Cast Head
6 pm – Completion: Awards Banquet (Doors Open at 6 – Dinner served at 6:30)
The competition room will remain closed, no mounts will be released, until after all the photography is finished at the Awards Banquet – approx. 45 minutes following the end of the banquet.
